Matt went above and beyond in helping me with selling my former property and purchasing my new home. I was a difficult customer - knit picking and constantly asking Matt for a lot of attention. Yet, Matt never complained and eventually, helped me purchase an amazing property, well below asking price. Matt handled all demos, financing, and negotiations like a champ! Moreover, there was an issue identified by inspector right before closing.
